Build Boston 2010 - Booth Shots!

ICS and GRAPHISOFT Exhibit at Build Boston 2010 Share Share

GRAPHISOFT North America and Integrated CADD Services (ICS) recently wrapped up a surprisingly crowded Build Boston exhibition, which took place November 17-19 at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston, Mass. This year, GRAPHISOFT representatives and special guest ArchiCAD clients demonstrated the benefits of open design collaboration between architects and engineers using ArchiCAD 14, GRAPHISOFT's latest release and a world leader in integrated 3D architectural design.

"Build Boston 2010 was a great show for us at Integrated CADD Services," explains Greg Conyngham, President of Intregrated CADD Services. "We saw a significant increase in attendees interested in ArchiCAD at the Graphisoft booth over the previous two years - about 40% higher. A continuous stream of existing ArchiCAD users stopped by creating an ongoing mini users group. More importantly was the high level of optimism amongst clients and prospects about not only the growth in the Architectural services but also how their use of ArchiCAD will benefit them during this rebound."

GRAPHISOFT's year-end  "Green BIM Bundle" promotion, announced in October, was also offered to show attendees to promote GRAPHISOFT's EcoDesigner, an ArchiCAD add-on for early stage energy analysis. In addition to booth space, GRAPHISOFT sponsored Thursday's "BIM and the Young Firm" workshop. The seminar panel included principals from designLAB (Boston), over,under (Boston), and b9 Architects (Seattle), all of whom use GRAPHISOFT's ArchiCAD as their primary design tool.
